WhiteboardAnimation.ai turns a finished picture into a hand-drawn whiteboard clip for your own video. Celados makes it.
What it is
Upload a finished picture (PNG, JPEG or WebP) and WhiteboardAnimation.ai draws it by hand, stroke by stroke: line art first, then colour. You choose the order, the hand and the timing, then export the drawing as a video in your browser.
It makes a clip, not a whole video: there is no script, voice-over or scene editor. The drawing goes into the video you are already making, in the editor you already use. It does not create a picture from a text prompt; you start from one you have. See the examples.
Why we built it
Most whiteboard animation tools have you build the whole video inside them, from their templates and stock drawings. Many people already have the picture they want, drawn by an illustrator, made in a design tool or generated with an image model, and only need the moment it is drawn on screen.
WhiteboardAnimation.ai does that one part well, so the clip fits into any edit. Developers and agents can make the same clips through the API.
