Asking for a refund
If a charge looks wrong or something did not work, email hello@whiteboardanimation.ai within 14 days of the charge and we will make it right, including a refund. Please include the email address of your account and a short description of what happened.
Failed drawings
If a drawing fails, the credits it used are returned to you automatically. You do not need to ask.
Cancelling a subscription
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Billing & plan.
- Cancelling stops future renewals. Your plan and its subscription credits stay usable until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Changing plans
- Upgrades take effect immediately, and your credits reset to the new plan’s allotment.
- Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Credits and credit packs
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, except as described under “Asking for a refund”.
- On a monthly plan, credits are granted every month; on a yearly plan, every 30 days across the year.
- Credit packs are valid for 90 days from purchase. Buying a pack also removes the watermark and lifts the resolution limit for as long as the purchase is not refunded or disputed.
- Deleting a drawing removes it for everyone in the workspace and does not refund its credits.
Prices and payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We may change prices or plan contents for future billing periods; a change does not affect a period you have already paid for. Current prices are on the pricing page.
